Standard shipping is $7 per order with orders valued over $50 being eligible for free delivery.
USUAL DELIVERY TIMES
Please note: Due to COVID-19 and the issues this is causing with freight companies – delivery is taking longer than usual. This is as a result of the huge increase in online shopping and the huge decrease in freight channels such as commercial flights and road transport.
We are still sending out your orders fast and within 1 business day but please bear in mind that delivery is taking a little longer than normal in these anything but normal times and we appreciate your understanding in this issue.

In our experience typical delivery times for the eastern states NSW/VIC/ACT/QLD are about 3-5 business days from the time you place your order with WA/SA/TAS/NT adding another 1-2 days.
All in stock items will be processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1 business day from receipt of payment. In our experience typical delivery times after dispatch are:
* Sydney – 2-3 business days
* Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane- 2-4 business days
* Adelaide, Tasmania – 3-5 business days
* Darwin, Perth – Approximately 4-6 business days
For all areas outside these metro locations please allow an additional 1-2 business days.
If a delivery is late, the Purchaser must inform Mr Festoon Lights as soon as possible, by CLICKING HERE. Mr Festoon Lights shall then contact its authorized carrier to initiate an inquiry. Inquiries may take some time but we aim to resolve all delivery problems within two (2) days from the day of the complaint.
Upon receipt of Products ordered, the Purchaser must check that the Products are compliant. Any delivery anomalies (missing or broken Products, parcel damaged, etc) must be noted in writing by Purchasers on the delivery slip presented by the courier alongside a signature. The Purchaser must also notify Mr Festoon Lights by CLICKING HERE specifying the nature of the problem.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. We aim to process orders within 1 business day after they have been paid for in full.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30 day returns policy. If you buy something and don’t like it, send it back for a refund.
At Mr Festoon Lights we want you to be able to shop with 100% confidence. Nobody wants to be stuck with goods they don’t want, and we’re here to ensure that never happens when you shop with us. If you need to return or exchange something, it couldn’t be easier. We appreciate that people are busy so we are committed to making the returns process as simple and efficient as possible.
Simply inform Mr Festoon Lights by CLICKING HERE and send us a message to let us know that you will be returning the goods. Then when you get a chance pop it in the mail and send the item back (at your expense) to the address that we provide you upon receipt of your message.
Please note: All goods must be returned in unused and saleable condition with all packaging and labels intact and undamaged.
My item is unsuitable or i changed my mind. Can i return or exchange it?
Yes of course. We understand you are looking for the perfect item and have a 30 day returns policy to allow customers the flexibility of buying with confidence knowing they can return or exchange products if they are unsuitable. Just CLICK HERE and send us a message and we will be in touch shortly to help arrange a return or exchange of goods. We will help you to find a more suitable replacement or offer a refund in the event nothing is found to suit your needs. We will will discuss the best method to return the goods with you based on your location and package size.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of the return postage and the returned item will need to be in original condition and with all original packaging and tags attached. We cannot accept returns that have been used in any way or are not accompanied with their packaging and tags.
My item arrived damaged. What do i do?
We understand and share your frustration when this happens. Our warehouse is committed to packaging products so that this situation occurs as infrequently as possible. Unfortunately some of these packages travel a long way and pass through the hands of many freight depots and carriers by the time they reach you, and during that journey sometimes things break. We apologize in advance for this and want to assure you that we are doing our very best to protect your purchases.
In the unlikely event that you do receive an item that has been damaged in transit, just CLICK HERE and let us know about the damaged product an we will work to ensure a replacement is sent out right away.
Please note that you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your delivery if items have arrived damaged. Outside of this 3 day window the returns policy does not cover you for goods damaged in transit.
